It has been a few years that I have been helping my athletes to achieve their goals and reach their athletic dreams.
In total it is more than 10 seasons of training all kind of athletes. All levels. All ages. With the stress of today’s life and the current pace of life , optimization of the training plan is one of the main objectives.
I enjoy training the types person who is planning their first triathlon as well as someone aiming to qualify in Kona. In the end the methodology is the same for both of them, listening to their needs, wishes and adapting it to their everyday life.
Enjoy the road
I don’t like to train only one type of people, for me, it has always been a challenge to get people who contact me, reach what they are looking for,but to also enjoy the journey, learn to soak up this lifestyle, since training for triathlon or marathon is not just numbers, rhythms,tables, but also learn to listen to the body and learn to know themselves, more about how to face these challenges that they wish to qonquer.
A passion for sports
I consider myself passionate about my sport and the lifestyle that one gets with this type of sport when one finds the right balance, it is when the results and satisfaction comes easier. It has always been one of my goals to be able to teach and share my knowledge and experience in both training and my career journey that I have gained over my 25 years in triathlon.
It is an tailormade plan for each athlete, their situation, their objectives in the short, medium and long term. And take in consideration the current situation. The first meeting is to get to know the person and establish the future goals.
From the initial evaluation, the daily availability and history of each athlete, a weekly plan will be created. Planning the week according to the athlete’s schedule, adapting it to all your professional, family members and at the same time, work towards improvement in all training sessions.
ASSESSMENT AND COMPETITION
For me , the weekly “feedback” of the athlete is very important, to be able to follow the programming. Contact will be established via email and telephone. Together analyzing volumes, sensations, difficulties and readjusting the future training accordingly. In the same way as after the competition, listening to everything athlete experienced, we can continue improving in the future objectives.
KINDS OF SPORTS
My aim is to offer the best service, both to high-level athletes and to people who are in the very beginning in their journey into the world of triathlon, the long-distance triathlon, the duathlon or long-distance swimming, cycling or athletics. And of course all those people who would like to benefit of structured training plan to have a healthier life without competition.
